BREAKTHROUGH in PHYSICAL SCIENCE circa. 1992 The THEORETICAL COMPOSITION of LIGHT and COHERENT RASER PRODUCTION and EXPLOITATION plus EPR Laser Twins, by Brian S. McMillan. Since light is considered to be the carrier of the electromagnetic force and is at the same time charge and electrically neutral. And because an electron or positron, when emitted from any source what-so-ever, is always shown to exist with a charge of one. Then light must exist as the result of a balanced quantum state. Electromagnetic from the standpoint, that light must be composed of electrons to be considered electronic or magnetic. Balanced from the aspect that, for a photon to remain charge or electrically neutral, the existence of an opposing charge or anti-particle would have to be present to permit such a condition. The emissions of the photon, that is light radiation, within the optical wavelength of the electromagnetic spectrum, is currently viewed by contemporary science as being some what of an open question with regard to this proposal. Is light a particle or a wave? This author has found it to be both... and I don't mean in the philosophical sense, and here's why! Most current theories regarding the emissions of light from an atom, see the light photon as being like a baseball being thrown from a pitchers hand, or like a bullet being fired from a gun. Once the baseball-photon leaves the pitcher's hand-atom... it travels freely through space away from the pitcher and is no longer connected to the pitchers hand-atom. This is NOT TRUE! When a light photon-wave is emitted from an atom, its mode of propagation is more like that of a fly casting reel, where the photon or optical component; which is composed of a positive and negative electron, can be likened to the lead weight and hook at the end of a fishing line, taking the position of the fired bullet. While the wave or non-optical component; which is composed of a STRING or straight filament of alternating positive and negative electrons, may be considered to be like that of the fishing line itself... composing the fly casting mechanism, and connecting every hard component of light or the photon with that of the atom which emitted it. This is the practical interpretation of string theoretical analysis as it relates to a natural, already existing mechanism or gamma residual effect of Gravity II Standing Radio Emissions, operating within contemporary EPR experimental formats and allowing the function of CCD's or Charge Coupled Devices. Because an entirely NEW mechanism for the propagation of light has been found... this opens the door for a BREAKTHROUGH technology. One which has eluded modern science since the discovery of the atom! And one which promises to take the proposition of such an effect out of the realm of science fiction, by placing the ultimate prize directly and firmly within the grasp of all humanity. This is not a joke or fantasy, the only thing keeping our beloved from this truth, is our mutual cooperation through the application of this new wonderful technology. Hence, the manufacture of the first true RADIO LASER or Field Electron Device is now possible. Based on the natural mechanism for Coherent Standing Radio Emissions... which is a linear form of common magnetism. Common magnetism is composed of alternating positive and negative electrons. However, a common magnetic field produced in any way, other than that which is in the wake of optical radiation, is going to be helical in shape... in other words; it curves. Since the standing radio emissions beam in the wake of the optical component of light does not curve, this may now be exploited for advanced medicine, direct communications, food production, transportation and defense... all through the refined manipulation of/or ultimately allowing Transmutation of the Atom. The use of an Open Cavity Laser or a Fabry-Perrot resonator cavity without the lasing medium, along with a Pockel's Cell, may be employed in the application for the Simple Manifold Method of Coherent RASER Production and Exploitation. COHERENT RASER PRODUCTION and EXPLOITATION by Brian S. McMillan. Using a simple gas laser and firing it into the back of a polarized and partially silvered mirror, which is one of two, of a set of mirror's which are facing each other and, therefore, comprising the resonator cavity. By switching the Pockel's Cell and therefore, rotating the polarization of the light beams optical component perpendicular to that of the mirror, one may then fold the electron beam or non-optical component of light by bouncing the optical component many times between the mirrors. And ultimately isolating the optical component from the many folded linear electron beam by again, switching the Pockel's Cell or solid state version of the Kerr Effects Cell located within the resonator cavity and allowing the optical component or photon to escape into or enter the closed mixing loop of the Optical Dump... or even into the vacuum of free space if generated from an orbiting satellite. The Optical Dump may be as simple as a second laser which is tuned to the optical component as it leaves the resonator cavity and enters the second laser to join that population. Or through the use of a CCD or Charge Coupled Array, the escaping light beam may then be directed at the array and, therefore, converted into direct current without RASER collapse. Due to the Signal to Noise ratio inherent in the current material design of Charge Coupled Devices, a reduction in the fidelity of the Photo-Electronic signal absorption rate may be somewhat compromised, however, in the near future this technical problem may be solved. This method of photo-mechanical manipulation would also advance the technical design of the interferometer without the need for signal compression since a special magnet for columnating the electron beam would be the only requirement. This magnet design is called the Bernoulli Aperture. EPR Laser Twins Experiment by Brian S. McMillan This experiment provides a simple and inexpensive method to see if light operates through a connection between the photon and the atom of emission. If it does. The connecting mechanism should relay a kinetic signal or collapse at a speed many times faster than the propagation velocity of light itself. This is called the collapse of the wave function. Two lasers, each oriented in parallel, at one meter apart. That is both pointing in the same direction, at two photo-detectors. Also at one meter apart. The distance of separation between the lasers and detectors is 29.98 meters. A high speed optical-electronic shutter is located at the aperture of each laser. Each shutter and detector have an independent power source. However, this last condition is not necessary. Both detectors have digital clocks, which carry out to ±10^8 places of decimal per second. Each clock is synchronized and turned on only after the one shutter is opened. Because each photo-detector is connected to each clock, so that any registered change in signal continuity for either photo-detector, will result in the stopping of their respective clocks. Both lasers are turned on... with one shutter in the open position and the other shutter is closed. Turn on clocks. At the precise moment that one shutter is closed. The other shutter is opened. The cessation of laser light in the one detector should occur almost instantaneously. While the other detector should register light striking it only after one tenth microsecond elapsed time. B.M.-C.B. 1992 B.M.-W.C. 1998 Since the transmission of light and therefore its velocity, is involved before the wave function can actually collapse. And since the destruction or inhibition of the wave function can be seen as allegorical to a running dog reaching the end of his rope or like a taunt string of pearls being cut at any point in its length. The existence and subsequent destruction of the non-optical signal occurring rather instantly does, in no way violate Albert Einstein's limitation on the velocity of light. This is because the length of the alternating electron-positron string or filament is limited to the pool of electrons than can be channeled from or through a given atom from any source what-so-ever. This can include the disruption of the photon or optical component of light or even the disruption of the atom of emission... resulting in immediate collapse of the standing radio electron beam.
