THE GRAVITATIONAL LIMIT
OF LIGHT VELOCITY AND
PHOTO-MECHANICAL THEORY

According to the Special Theory of Relativity by Albert Einstein, the velocity of light has a top speed limit of it's best known scientifically measured value of 2.99792458 * 10^8 meters per second or 186,282.4 miles per second... Why?
Oddly enough this theory has been tested through rigorous experiment. There is plenty of research material on this subject so I will not attempt to elaborate beyond the synopsis below.
Material objects other than light or radio waves, travel at speeds which are cumulative to their individual velocities. That is we can add up their separate velocities to reach a greater relative velocity. Well... not so for the speed of light. All attempts to measure a cumulative velocity for the speed of light result in 186,282.4 miles per second in a vacuum.
Here is my theory... What if there was no top end velocity or speed limit for matter in a vacuum. What if light propagated through space because of an electronic mechanism that does have a constant velocity in a vacuum... and that light was also emitted and absorbed, electronically at this same rate, no matter what the relative velocities of the objects involved. Since planets and galaxies... even atoms, all bind or connect to one another through a mechanism which involves electrons and this electromagnetic mechanism is gravity, then these electronic processes will dictate the real or apparent velocity of the optical signal. This is why the key formula for Lorentz Transformation includes the relative, differential or divided velocities of the radiation as subtracted into one.
So it is really electromagnetic gravity which will restrict the velocity of light, as well as every other material body, since all celestial objects including planets, stars and galaxies are connected to each other through this electromagnetic gravitational mechanism.

ON THE ELECTRONIC COMPOSITION OF MATTER AND ENERGY by Brian S. McMillan
If all matter of greater mass than the electron is composed of positive and negative electrons. This means that any fundamental particle possessing charge, such as a muon or proton, for example the proton is composed of one more positron than electron resulting in a single positive charge... or even any charge neutral object... that is a neutron, tau neutrino or muon type neutrino are composed of equal numbers of electron-positron units, resulting in a net charge of zero.
Since every electron or positron is composed of two electron-type neutrino. This means that the electron-type neutrino is the only true neutrino in nature.

A recent article in the October 2005 issue of Scientific American on gravitational anomalies related to the Pioneer space mission reminded me of another more extreme series of incidents, not only involving probes sent to mars, but something much more severe. I had been saving the story for a better part of twenty five years for release to the public through "GODKINGS" THE MOVIE, as this subject is part of the script. However, there is no good time or bad time for that matter, to reveal this information. Since this subject is truly tragic on a scale of human life only comparable to mass extinction. I regret waiting this long, but I make no apologies. I only hope that it is not too late. Thank you...
P.S. In the Scientific American article, a theory was proposed concerning the velocity of light being different than what is currently thought to be measured.
Around 1980, I thought of the idea that everything in the universe was actually closer than it appeared to be because light does not travel in a straight line. The farther away we get from the optical source... the more light must "BEND" or travel around gravitational objects to reach us.
Ironically, kinetic signals travel faster between two points through the Standing Radio Emissions Wave Train or STRING communications pathway than they do through free space. The longer optical path and therefore, the non-optical component will allow a kinetic signal to reach it's mark faster than the shortest distance between two points given those points are situated in a vacuum. This is because of the limitation on the velocity of light as proposed by Albert Einstein.
However, once the Wave Train has propigated through space in the wake of light to reach its final destination... it is then, that a kinetic signal may be sent from one star system to another or even from galaxy to galaxy. For example: A planetary system or our solar system, in one of the galactic arms may, theoretically, send a signal along the Gravity II Electromagnetic Pulley Belts from the Earth to the Sun and out from the Sun to the center of the Milky Way, finally leaving the galaxy out through the "Active Nucleus" or report of the galaxy jet located at the axis-center.
This is "Hyperspace" communication or "Worm Hole" communications.
